U.S.D.O.C.A

Welcome

Welcome to the official USDOCA webpage. Our mission is to monitor, investigate, and respond to what we call "C-NOMs", short term for Celestial Anomalies. We are the first line of defense in protecting Earth from forces that may seek to harm mankind.

About Us

The United States Department of Celestial Anomaly (USDOCA) was founded all the way back in 1947, just after the end of World War II, due to the abnormally high rate of UFO sightings at the time, reaching over 300 reports. This leads us to Roswell, New Mexico, & the infamous ROSWELL INCIDENT.

In 1947, near Roswell, New Mexico, debris was discovered on a ranch. Initially claimed to be a "flying disc" in an article written by the ROSWELL DAILY RECORD.

On July 15th, 1947, Colonel William Blanchard, a nervous Major Jesse Marcel, and the then President Franklin D. Roosevelt stood before the American people, and announced the founding of the USDOCA (United States Department Of Celestial Anomaly).

Report an Anomaly

If you've encountered a C-NOM of some sort, follow these steps to properly report it to our organization:

  1. Create a new folder on your computer and add one more folder inside it named "evidence" or "findings."
  2. Place all the evidence you've gathered (videos, photos, audio recordings, etc.) into the "evidence" folder.
  3. Create a video recording, an audio recording, a PDF, or a text document explaining the anomaly. Place this file outside of the "evidence" folder.
  4. Combine everything you have by turning the new folder (containing the "evidence" folder and the explanation file) into a .zip file.
  5. Scroll down to the "Contact Us" section below to send the .zip file via email.

Confidentiality Disclaimer

Please note that all reports submitted are treated with the utmost confidentiality. The USDOCA is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your findings are used solely for the purpose of advancing our understanding of celestial anomalies. Your personal information and the details of your report will not be disclosed without your explicit consent.

C-NOM RANKING

The USDOCA will sometimes put out EAS alerts depending on the C-NOM Rank we give a particular Anomaly, it is best that you know what types of C-NOMs there are, and how to protect yourself from them.
